Your storage facility might ask for proof of insurance. You can obtain your Insurance Confirmation by:
1) Accessing your account's "Policy & Documents" section
2) Clicking "download"
The Insurance Confirmation document is automatically updated whenever your billing is renewed for your insurance policy (monthly, 6 months, or 12 months).
If your facility requires you to send an updated Insurance Confirmation, be sure to log into your account and download the latest renewed version.
